Introduction
Harmoni-CA
combines conferences and workshops in order to improve the efficiency
of meetings on items related to the WFD implementation. The
conference sets a framework on the topics with two plenary sessions.
The opening session on the first day will define the main issues from
the policy’s perspective on the issues of monitoring and public
participation. The closing session on the third day will bring
together both issues relevant for the conclusions as well as the
defining of future activities. The forum on the second day will
consist of two elements:
Parallel
sessions on issues where both regional water managers and developers
can exchange experiences
A
market place under the form of extended posters sessions. This will
give the participants the opportunity to learn, discuss and meet on
specific tools.
As
part of the parallel sessions, two project workshops will be held on
an issue strongly related to the conference focus, which is open for
the conference attendants:
EuroLimpacs
invites water managers during the conference to the WB3 workshop on
The Decision Support System in the EU Research Project EuroLimpacs.
Stakeholders and end-users’ requirements for DSS in Water
Management?
For
more information, please contact Thomas
Horlitz.
HarmoniQuA
invites water managers and modellers to a workshop on MoST. The
workshop is held in English and German.
For
more information, please contact Ingo

Preceding
the conference, one Harmoni-CA Workshop is held:
For
these workshops only limited space is available. The first results
